FAQs
Why Laifen Wave toothbrush is so unique?
An optimization never seen before on electric toothbrush: a 60° oscillation range perfectly aligns with the dentist-recommended Bass brushing method.
The long answer is a little more scientific...The Laifen Wave’s design is the key to cleaning the gingival sulcus (where the gums meet the teeth) and interdental spaces, but an oscillation range that is too large or too small would impact the brushing experience.
To ensure that the Laifen Wave delivers the best experience possible, we consulted with dentists and conducted extensive research on over 300 oral data points.
The end result was the creation of an electric toothbrush that can truly clean the gum sulcus, remove plaque, and deeply clean teeth, all while being gentle on your gums.
The 60° oscillation range represents an all-around improvement in the brushing experience delivered by a next-generation electric toothbrush.
Is the Laifen Wave comfortable to hold while in use?
While the Laifen Wave is in use, the motor operates at a high speed to produce ultra-wide oscillations and powerful vibrations.
These vibrations will, in turn, be transferred from the handle to your hand, but the handle has several shock-dampening features, which allow it to perform favourably when compared to other products on the market (subject to personal experience).
How long does the Laifen Wave take to fully charge?
The Laifen Wave uses 5V 1A, so it can fully charge in approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.
What does Flight Mode do?
After Flight Mode is enabled, it must be disabled before the toothbrush can be used. This avoids accidental mistouches while storing or carrying the toothbrush, thereby preventing any undesired power drain.
How much force does the button require?
The Wave’s pressure-sensitive button requires a small amount of force to activate. As the button is recessed and everyone’s fingers have a different shape, the exact amount of force may vary slightly between users, and it may take a short period to become fully accustomed to using the button.
When should the brush heads be replaced?
Over time, the brush head will begin to have wear and tear on the edges.
Typically, the brush head should be replaced when it becomes overly deformed, or after three months of use, regardless of the wear and tear on the brush head.
Does the Laifen Wave consume power while in Sleep Mode?
When the handle is in Sleep Mode, the power consumption will be severely reduced, only drawing a negligible amount of power.
The Laifen Wave also includes a BMS charging protection system, which supports charging on the go, meaning that there’s no need to wait for the battery to become extremely low before charging.

What is the warranty on the Wave toothbrush?
